Any data that must be processed in order to register a domain, or provide any other type of service, will be covered under contract. We have updated our Registration Agreement to include mention of all these essential pieces of data:

• First name
• Last name
• Organization (if provided)
• Email address
• Country

This updated Registration Agreement is effective as of  May 25, 2018. Certain domain registries require additional information in order to complete domain registrations, and in these cases, we will include in our contract a point about processing those additional pieces of registrant data.
