Yes. If you own a domain registered through Tucows and would like to have your contact information displayed in the public Whois, please contact your Domain Provider. They can enable this option for you.
There are a number of possible reasons for this. The fastest way to determine and resolve the issue is to contact your Domain Provider.
If you use a separate provider to host your website, it may be an issue on their end.
If the issue is ongoing, and you are unhappy with your service, you might consider transferring your domain. We recommend Hover.
This management tool is offered by your Domain Provider. To access it, you will need to contact them. Tucows does not have your account info, nor any means of verifying your identity to grant you access to your account.

This means the domain has expired and has now entered a redemption period. If you want to redeem the domain, you should contact your Domain Provider as soon as possible.
In most cases, the domain is held in this state for approximately 30 days, though the length of this redemption period varies among registries.

Tucows can only intervene when a Domain Provider violates ICANN policies. This includes situations where a Domain Provider goes out of business, is continually unresponsive, or fails to provide you with access to your account for domain management.
Please note, if you haven’t already done so, it’s in your best interest to reach out to your Domain Provider before you contact us regarding any issue. Because they maintain your account, they can often provide the fastest solution.
